Questions
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing. You keep the perks until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and every cosmetic you collected stays yours.
How does the free trial work?
Monthly and yearly plans start with a free trial once per account. We email you two days before it ends. Cancel before then and you won’t be charged.
Does it work in every game?
Yes. Sign in to each game with the same email and your membership appears there automatically, including games we haven’t released yet.
Can I get a refund?
Ask within 14 days of any purchase and we’ll refund it. See our terms.
Can children buy it?
No. Purchases are for adults (18 or over). We ask for your month and year of birth once and keep only your age group, never the date. A parent or guardian can buy a gift membership for a teenager aged 13 or over. Under-13s can play every game without an account and never see ads or purchases.
